One bedroom, office (or second bedroom) and bath with tub and shower. One off street parking space. Shared laundry in basement with space available for bicycle, kayak, camping gear. No storage for electronics, clothing, cardboard boxes, furniture, vehicle batteries, gas powered enginesSmoke free, party free unit. Our student applicants provide us with a parent/guardian guarantee of rent.
