No storage for electronics, clothing, cardboard boxes, furniture, rugs, vehicle batteries, gas powered engines. On street/avenue parking. $35 processing fee per  applicant. Our residents have excellent credit, background check,  prior rental his and verification of income of at least 2 1/2 to 3  times the monthly rent.  Our student residents provide a parent/guardian guarantee of rent.
