The kitchen and Bathroom have vinyl flooring, living room, office/bedrooms have carpet, space heater for heat, ceiling fan in living room, bathroom has claw foot tub w/shower, new vinyl windows/screens throughout. Small back deck, lower front porch. Shared laundry in basement with space available for bicycle, skis, camping gear. Room Sizes - Kitchen (11'8"x11'6"), pantry, living room-(11'6"x 13'3"), BR#1-(15'10"x11'5"), BR#2-(9'x9') Office (9'x7') Closet (4'x2'); bath. Pets welcome with non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent, $35 processing fee per applicant.  Elder dogs do not need to be fixed or kenneled if they are not used to being kenneled. All of our properties are smoke free-party free properties. No smoking within 25 feet of the buildings. Our residents have excellent credit, background check, prior rental history and income of a minimum of 2 1/2 to 3 times the monthly rent. Our student applicants provide a parent/guardian guarantee of rent.
