Tiny little cozy studio -Rent is based on one resident. $200 per month for each additional resident.  (includes utilities). This cozy, very small, garden/walk-out unit has a small kitchen, a bright yellow pantry, bedroom with free-standing heater, and a bathroom with shower (no tub). There is no living room, no dishwasher, NO LAUNDRY. Vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathroom, gas range and full size refrigerator in kitchen, carpet in bedroom. Storage for bicycle, camping gear, skis, snowboards. No storage for electronics, clothing, cardboard boxes, furniture, vehicle batteries, gas powered engines. There is a yard and off street parking off of the alley in back. All new vinyl windows and screens throughout. Our properties are smoke free, party free units. Pets are welcome with pet fee and monthly pet rent. Please note, cats do not need to be declawed as stated in the pet addendum. $35 processing fee per applicant. All applicants must have excellent credit, excellent background check, excellent prior landlord reference and income of at least 2 1/2 to three times the monthly rent (Income of 3 times monthly rent does not apply to students as students must have a parent/guarantee of rent)
