Shared laundry in basement with outside  entry with space available for bicycle, camping gear. No storage for electronics, clothing, cardboard boxes, furniture, rugs, vehicle batteries, gas powered engines through an outside entrance on site. Free off street parking space, Smoke free, party free unit. No smoking within 25 feet in the building. $35 processing fee per applicant. Our residents have: excellent credit, excellent background check, excellent prior rental history and verification of income of at least 2 1/2-3 times the monthly rent (excluding students).
