Pets welcome with non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent per pet. Please note, cats do not need to be declawed. Older pets not used to being kenneled, do not need to be kenneled nor do they need to be fixed. Our properties are smoke free and party free. $35 processing fee per applicant. $500 Hold Deposit.
