All of our properties are smoke free, party free buildings, $35 processing fee per applicant. Our residents have excellent credit, background check, prior rental history, verification of income of 2 1/2 to 3 times the monthly rent. Student applicants provide a parent/guardian guarantee of rent. Pets welcome with pet addendum, pet fee, photo of pet, vaccination records and monthly pet rent.
